The Quadrilocale Suite 52 can accommodate from 1 to 7 people.
It is a first floor apartment of 120 square meters with porcelain stoneware floor and has a independent entrance.
LIVING AREA
There Living area is spacious and very illuminated. The sofa transformable in a comfortable bed allows you to accommodate additional friends.
The kitchen features: an induction hob, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher with a tablet supplied for each day of stay, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, kitchen utensils, toaster, electric kettle and Lavazza coffee machine.
SLEEPING AREA
The apartment has 3 bedrooms:

1 bedroom with bed matrimonial 180x200 cm, with Dorelan orthopedic mattress 27 cm high

1 bedroom with a double bed that according to the need and request of our customers can be divided into two single beds
The bedrooms are equipped with: bed linen, a wardrobe with clothes hanger, drawers and a useful vertical mirror applied to the inside of the door, a desk with armchair, a suitcase stand and a safe for your valuables or your laptop.
The electrical sockets are also positioned near the bed to ensure maximum comfort and the LED reading lamps have a concentrated beam of light so as not to disturb the sleep of those who sleep next to us.

The apartment has 2 Bathrooms :

Late Check-in: don't worry self you will arrive after 16:30, you can enter the apartment by typing a personal access code on an electronic keypad located at the entrance. If you notify us in time of your late arrival, it will be our pleasure to provide you with this code by email or by phone.
Check-out: from 9:30 to 11:00

Early Check-out: No worry if on you have to leave before 9:30, you can easily leave the apartment in complete freedom by depositing the keys on the entrance console.
